“ We had a 5 star experience at Edge Steakhouse! They were able to accommodate our group of 8 for dinner by making reservations a couple days before. We were in town on vacation and celebrated our friends engagement and they made it extra special for us! Hutch was an amazing server. The whole group agreed he was one of the best weve had in all of our travels. The manager was really nice as well and stopped by our table frequently to help pour wine and champagne. The food was delicious. Ribeye and elk were popular choices among our group. The sides were really good too! Its a very cozy dinner atmosphere and core memories were made. Wouldnt hesitate to return! ”

“ It was worth the price. We sought a memorable final night of our vacation and chose Edge. We were not disappointed the interior was lovely, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Hutch provided outstanding service. The food was delicious we enjoyed both the domestic Wagyu and the Japanese A5, both perfectly prepared. The Gruyere popover was delightful, but we recommend saving room, as everything was exquisitely prepared. ”

“ The best food and drinks , that we found in Park City, Utah and surroundings. There are a few options , where to be seated. Bar, table and outside as a separate shatter additional fee applies. Amazing cocktails, I ordered lemon drip martini, and it was just perfect, the other one that was ordered old fashion, just perfect as well. Couple more from a cocktail list same! Just perfect! Wine list is huge as well from well known wines to some that we never heard of. All the appetisers and steaks that we ordered, you just cant stop eating them until it fully gone. Deserts were delicious too!!! Service was incredible through all our dinner, from our waiter to the food deliveries and table cleaning staff. Cannot wait to go back when we are in an area again!!! ”

“ Were vegetarians and we love this place! We have at least one meal here whenever were in Park City. The food is superb, the service is excellent, and the ambience is perfect. Ask what the chefs excited to make especially if you have a dietary restriction. A few things to not miss the Edge Salad, the truffle mac, the cauliflower app, and the lava cake. Want to share something just let them know and theyll split it between two plates for you. This is a multiple course type restaurant pallet cleaners and all, so plan on spending a couple of hours enjoying the food and drinks here. ”
